Lesson 1

It's very important part of the training before you will start to dance. Please don't avoid it!

Warm up II - with shoes 
(9 min.)

We continue our warm-up, but this time, we’ll be wearing our strip shoes 👠✨

This step is crucial as it helps us start to feel and get accustomed to dancing in them.

Strip basis and routines
(20 min.)

Get to know the strip basis and dance routines (short set of moves for training the technique).

Strip acro (16 min.)

In our strip acrobatic technique lesson, you'll learn the most common acrobatic elements essential for enhancing your strip dance performance: 

1. Freeze

The main theme of the choreo is finding the answer to this exciting question.
