It's very important part of the training before you will start to dance. Please don't avoid it!
Lesson 2
High heels basic moves
(18 min.)
1. Working on the posture
2. Balance and weight
3. Hands control
4. Waves
5. Hip infinity
6. Bevel walk


Lesson 3
Floor work (27 min.)
Get to know the most common parter moves and dance drills (short set of moves for training the technique).
Lesson 4
Drills (13 min.)
Drills are relatively short dance routines to 8, 16 or 32 counts to memorise and practise the technique.


Lesson 5
Choreo "Die another day" (34 min.)
The main theme of the choreo is "We have to stay strong and don't give up, no matter what kind of lessons our life brings us, because we can always learn from them" Ania.
